As a key member of our Growth product organization, you will lead a cross-functional product team dedicated to driving measurable impact for our B2B customers and promoters. By focusing on core commercial levers such as pricing, demand forecasting, and quota management, you’ll play a crucial role in unlocking growth opportunities across our platform. In close collaboration with our Data and Engineering teams, you'll transform complex challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that create real value for our partners.
What to expect:
- Solution Development: Your primary goal will be to deliver solutions for promoters to make better decisions when planning their events, especially along the commercial levers (e.g. pricing, quota, seating).
- Product Ownership: You will be responsible for the development and performance of our demand prediction product, enabling promoters to make better decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, UX and Commercial teams, to develop and refine pricing tools.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to define the vision, Roadmap and feature set for the demand product.
- AI & ML Integration: Define how to incorporate machine learning models to enhance decision-making processes.
- Market Insight: Continuously analyze market trends, user behavior and competitor insights to optimize demand algorithms.
- Research & Validation: Implement quantitative and qualitative research methods, including A/B testing, customer interviews, and data analysis, to validate approaches.
What you’ll need:
- A degree in business, data science or a related field or relevant experience in product management for data-driven products.
- Several years of experience in (commercial) product management, ideally within B2B SaaS, data products and/or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of building and scaling data products that leverage machine learning for decision-making.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data-driven methodologies to optimize algorithmic strategies.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear product decisions that drive business impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across technical and commercial teams.
- Experience working in an agile product development environment.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
