Being part of the UX Division, you'll be an integral team member of our specialized CRO Unit. This unit supports product owners across all platforms in making better - data-driven - decisions through quantitative and qualitative testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the design, planning, and execution of A/B tests to identify conversion lift opportunities across platforms and generate business value.
- Developing and operationalizing hypotheses, translating them into testable concepts, and working closely with designers and developers using wireframes/mockups.
- Managing and prioritizing the testing backlog based on business value.
- Collaborating with the design team to plan and support qualitative UX research.
- Providing strategic consulting to product teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and optimization.
- Managing international testing initiatives and actively communicating with international markets.
- Analyzing, interpreting, and reporting of A/B test results, ensuring statistical validity and translating outcomes into clear, data-driven recommendations for stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Following the latest market trends and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and develop impactful test concepts.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge in statistics, data analysis, and experimental design.
- Relevant experience in digital environments (e.g. as a Testing Manager, Product Owner, Analyst, or Conversion Specialist) – we value diverse career paths.
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar – or similar tools; we care more about your thinking than specific platforms).
- Understanding of both app and web ecosystems; experience with server-side A/B testing
- A structured, data-informed approach to decision-making, with a knack for breaking down complex problems into actionable experiments.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain testing insights to varied audiences across teams and countries.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You’re fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus but not required.
