We’re looking for a (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) to own the strategy and execution of Search & Monetization at CTS EVENTIM, one of the world’s leading ticketing and live entertainment platforms.
In this role, you will evolve our global search experience—from retrieval and ranking to AI-assisted discovery—while building and scaling on-site monetization solutions such as sponsored listings and advertising placements. Your mission: improve search relevance, increase conversion, and unlock incremental revenue while maintaining a best-in-class user experience.
What to expect
- Own the product strategy for Search & Monetization across global markets
- Improve search relevance, ranking, and discovery to drive conversion and engagement
- Build and scale on-site advertising solutions (e.g., sponsored results and modules)
- Run data-driven experimentation and A/B testing to optimize performance
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact product initiatives
- Evaluate and evolve the search technology stack (e.g., Elastic/OpenSearch, AI-assisted discovery)
What you bring
- 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in high-traffic B2C platforms
- Strong experience with search systems, relevance, and ranking concepts
- Proven track record improving commercial KPIs such as conversion, revenue, or engagement
- Hands-on experience with experimentation, analytics, and data-driven decision making
- Experience with ads, monetization products, or revenue optimization is a nice to have
