We are looking for an intern to support us for six months, starting in July.

  • Influencer Management: Independent management of influencers and content creators mainly for the Italian market, including acquisition, (price) negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Communication: Creation of detailed briefings and support in the development of campaign concepts.
  • Trend Analysis: Research and sourcing of new influencer profiles.
  • Performance Tracking: Support in monitoring KPIs and deriving insights and action plans.
  • Support: Assisting the marketing team in daily business activities.

What we expect from you

  • You are studying business administration, marketing, communications, or a comparable field, or have recently successfully completed your studies.
  • Strong interest in online marketing, influencers, and social media, as well as a passion for beauty, lifestyle, and current trends.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience through internships or working student positions.
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as strong writing and comprehension abilities.
  • A structured and solution-oriented way of working, along with a reliable, open-minded personality and a hands-on mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Very good English and Italian skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
